To qualify for this rate, a company's core business must identify as an Architect or Engineering firm, a General Contractor, an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), an MEP Contractor (Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing), a Utility Contractor, or a Data Center Developer.

Companies must clearly present themselves as one of the above company-types across public-facing channels, including: company website or LinkedIn company page.

Participation in isolated scopes or installation activities alone does not qualify. For MEP Contractors to qualify, they must be responsible for full system delivery (e.g. full electrical/mechanical systems or grid connection scope), not discrete components or packages.

Complimentary passes are reserved exclusively for qualified data center owners, hyperscalers, colocators and ENR400 general contractors. To be considered, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

The applicant's organisation must either be listed on the ENR 2025 Top 400 Contractors or directly own or lease data center facilities to support its core business functions, including hyperscalers, co-locators, and end-users.

Attendees must be decision-makers at the manager level or above, working in roles spanning project/program management, construction, supply chain, development, delivery, preconstruction, MEP, or be a superintendent or a data center department lead.

Roles focused on sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, or sponsorship are not eligible for complimentary attendance.

All registrations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

Registration is only confirmed once approval has been granted. Where an application is declined, the event team will contact the applicant directly regarding alternative attendance options.

Precast concrete contractors Roofing, walling and building envelope contractors

Flooring, drywall, ceiling and painting contractors

Controls contractors

Fire protection contractors

Rigging and heavy lifting contractors

To qualify, companies must clearly position themselves as a contractor across their public-facing channels (e.g. website or LinkedIn) and attendees must have a construction or project delivery role. Roles focused on sales, business development, partnerships, marketing or sponsorship are not eligible for this rate and must register under General Admission.

Companies whose primary business is manufacturing, supplying, integrating or servicing products or equipment, even where installation is provided as part of that offering, are classified as General Admission.
